Howlite is a natual calming stone, I feel that it assists one with reasoning, provides patience, enhances observation while allowing one to remember.  Some feel that Howlite is a good stone for pain relief, while others feel it is good for eliminatiing stress, rage and bad behavior.  Good for those who tend to be rude to  others.  Can be helpful in balancing calcium levels and for disorders of the bone, teeth and tissue.
