Activates inner knowing allowing us to discover our life's work or purpose.  Great for times of change; allows for an easy transition in relationships and jobs.  This crystal enhances psychic activity and allows you to see if someone is dishonest.  I find Sphalerite to be very energizing; bringing energy in an upwards fashion from the base chakra to the crown chakra.  Warming.
